Take into account 3 factors:
1) You want to improve your economy, means you want fast export and inputs for you to collect revenues
2) Limited time on which ships have to dock and start its journey back without forgeting the costs to keep your goods at the port?
3) receiving basic goods on time from pharmacy to food imports & oil
