Kibaha industrial park is way bigger than Konza city! unafananishaje Magufuli city yenye over 30 buildings 6 to 13 floors na Konza city! BTW the cost of that Msalato airport is way more than the cost of the whole Konza city!

Dodoma has better per capita infrastructure kuliko Nairobi. Compare Nairobi's infrastructure vs 5 million people that resides there na Dodoma's infrastructure vs 600K people
Dodoma has too much infrastructure compared to it's population. It has better road network than Nairobi, better electricity coverage, better masterplan, almost no congestion, no slums, no air pollution, cleaner than Nairobi also project ya 112 Dodoma Outerring Road, something that Nairobi will never have in the near future
Dodoma has an electric train, better bus station also better train station than Nairobi and we are going to construct a metro railway. We are building one of the biggest airports in Africa
You just don't know Dodoma. In fact it's one of the most complete cities in Africa. It has infrastructure to serve it's population with no problem. What about chaotic Nairobi?

The render shows a tiny airport plus how do you compete with New Airports coming up in Kigali, Addis or Nairobi..( in case you missed the memo, this May will be the breaking ground for a new state of the art Airport in Nairobi . We waited for Addis to start first just to beat their look).
