I used 1% as an example but in reality, the government has to look for ways to get the 100B from increase in tax, what the amount will be charged is a government thing

2) Bond is a stupid business you cant earn 2M in 15 years and congratulate yourself that you have done business, inflation in kenya is around 5% annually, so the amount you receive annually is useless in respective to purchasing power of the nation (although its out of the scope of this topic)

3) In total kenya has to pay back 145B for both loan + interest, THE 100B was just for the interest alone, now lets do the maths! Maintaining a modern stadium to keep up to its standard as per google costs minimum $2 to $10M, lets go with the minimum of $2M (200M KSH)

now adding both the payback amount and cost to maintain it, Kenya needs 200M KSH for the maintain cost + 44B to pay back to the initial principal, now lets do the maths! How much does kenya league generate annually? Using kasarani as an example, how much has it generating annually? if you consider all these facts its clear that even the maintenance cost will still have to fall on the tax payers! again how much they will increase no one knows but taking all these into facts you get a clue whats the fate of kenyans after AFCON, however it was wise to take lessons from kasarani before it was finally abandoned
