So u mean if we take that ring riad around Dodoma city then combine with one intercity double road within Dodoma city we can’t have over 139 km? Or if we take all BRT roads around Dar we can't have that 139 km?

Do you understand the word continuous dual carriageway? That 139km is a continuous road starting from Nairobi and ending at Marua.
