You are clueless. That was subscribed by Kenyans, in fact it was over subscribed. Many Kenyans were willing to put their money on it but were locked out because the amount needed was already found. If you ask me I can confidently tell you that almost 70% of Kenyan households will get a share of that 100B interest.

Biggest buyers were Fund managers, insurance companies and pension funds.

Now do your research and see who are give those institutions I have mentioned above the money they used to buy the bond.
