This is Kibera. In this picture, you're looking at 4045 housing units. That's about 13,000 people based on a conservative 3 people per household.
Phase 2 & 3 begin next year, bringing the total housing units to 25,000.

Within this estate you've also got everything. Police, Hospitals, Schools, Shops..

This is work done in 2 slow take-off years. By the end of the decade, I don't know which pictures Geza Ulole will be posting.
Once the demolishing begins, people will be amazed with how much chunk of slum land a single highrise replaces.
