Phase 2 & 3 begin next year, bringing the total housing units to 25,000.

Within this estate you've also got everything. Police, Hospitals, Schools, Shops..

This is work done in 2 slow take-off years. By the end of the decade, I don't know which pictures Geza Ulole will be posting.
Once the demolishing begins, people will be amazed with how much chunk of slum land a single highrise replaces.

Most of these places you mention as slums are a million times better than your sprawling uswazi slums. Kariobangi, Huruma and Kangema hakuna mtaa yoyote ya uswazi hapo Dar inakaribia. Kama unabisha sema ng'we!
