kwa maoni yangu sidhani kama kuna advantage yoyote mji kuwa ''spread out'' kama ulivyoandika in terms of quality of life ya wakazi mji husika, kwani mara nyingi hizo ni informal settlements, kwangu mimi dar imetanuka sana bila ya mpangilio na matokeo yake ndiyo hayo kila kitu hakitoshi, maji hayatoshi, mabasi hayatoshi, barabara ndiyo hivyo kwa maana mji umekuwa mkubwa bila ya miundo mbinu kuufwata, hivyo ni bora mji uwe mdogo lkn huduma zote au karibia zote ziwepo, sasa hivi dar inaungana na bagamoyo wakati ilipaswa kuwe na tofauti kwani ni mikoa 2 tofauti, ukienda upande wa mr rd pia inaungana kibaha ambapo ni mkoa mwingine, kusini nako imeshaungana na pwani na hii ni tanzania nzima ukienda klm mji wa moshi imeshaungana na arusha watu wanajenga lkn hakuna planning, not good kwa maoni yangu.

Hiyo video kama sijakoeea ni ya Upanga. I have said here time and again that Upanga is one of the few places you'd find apartments in Dar, the other ones being Masaki ( Dar's most affluent estate) and few others.

On the contrary, apartments are everywhere in Nairobi ( except in areas with zoning laws like Karen, Muthaiga, Gigiri, Loresho and other high-end neighborhoods).

Kama nadanganya, hebu niletee aerial pictures za Bugurini, Chanika, Madale na maeneo mengine tuone apartments. The truth is, apartments are limited to very few areas and Upanga is just one of them
