Kenyans value land more than money… btw I just got an opportunity for a good deal in Tana River area last month and I got myself 30 acres on a throw away price ( 4.5 mil) .. I am watching the spaceport development at Kipini with hawk eyes ..If you are interested, I think they might still have a couple of lots left .. I wonder how much is 600 acres in TZ?..probably the price of a weekend getaway to Diani in Kenyan shillings..😆😆 I have seen land in some parts of Tanzania going as low as $100 per acre. In Kenya , good luck finding anything under $800 per acre anywhere in the country ..and that some very remote place at that price ( I was very lucky.
