I agree when it comes to overspending, however at the moment, I don’t think we have an optimal gear yet. We all have to have some on standby cause you never know .Every country needs an army/weapons etc. The point is do we really need those large military with heavy sophisticated expensive equipments?F16s next F35? In my opinion NO we have other important areas to channel these funds we waste on weapons.
