The spyder is among the top systems against airborne threats and Kenya received the updated one. After the F-16s jet in, Kenya will rule the skies of East and Central Africa.

US has 3 distinct separate government systems ( which the rest of the world copied from) .. Foreign affairs falls under the executive. So whatever the Legislative body plans is independent of the White House decisions. Maybe Tanzania should take the advantage and lobby for the reinstatement during the visit.
