I doubt if this is just a show for launch, the guy will seriously need something to convince westerners to vote him again in 2027 and this road might be the answer, so I’m he will for it’s completion as fast as possible. Again the road being PPP, the investor will try to complete it faster so that the they restart recouping their money faster.
