For me isnt a good idea, i would have created 3 caf standard stadiums with the same amount and give the fields to KFF after Afcon example tz is building a small stadium in arusha but with caf standards its easy to give it to s football club to use it as a home stadium, maintaing such a stadium isnt an easy work
