On your questions, I'm concerned about all Kenyan neighbours including Somalia and South Sudan. I will break it down into these three categories.
1. Economic
Look at the volume of business happening between Kenya and Tanzania, a collapse in one will lead to a collapse of the other.
2. Security
WHen Tanzania fails it's Kenya that will suffer because we will have to accommodate more and more refugees from Tanzania. Actually a conflict in Tanzania or Kenya has higher chances to spilling over either way.
3. Competition and Efficiency
Tanzania and Uganda keeps Kenya in toes, if you slide we will relax hence no further growth.
