These affordable housing projects are just so many it's practically impossible to document all of them. So many will be unveiled tushangae zilijengwa lini. And the good thing is, they are selling. I read somewhere that the ones in Ruiru are sold out na ujenzi bado unaendeleaKumbe kuna affordable houses in Syokimau. Hii iinipita.
And the good thing is that it still has lots of spaces for more and better projects.Syokimau is overwhelmingly underrated. Its massive with a number of malls,gated communities, estates and highrises coming up. I belive we are witnessing the rise of another future kilimani... it might even surpass it in the near future , due to its massive size,diverse economic activities( real estate, dozens of industrial parks, retail centres, social entertainment hubs etc), its strategic position which is right next to the expressway and the JKIA. Investors wameanza kuget wind of this, watch out for syokimau its about to become a major hub in Nairobi.And the good thing is that it still has lots of spaces for more and better projects.
