Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Buildings over 30 floors that currently are under construction in Nairobi are uncomfortable.

Kule vumbistan Hadi gorofa za 2 floors wanapigia kelele.😂😂
Based on inside information I got , currently there are 12 buildings over 30 floors under construction or in the process of commencing in Westlands alone .. meaning by 2028, Westlands will resemble a mini manhattan.. na bado I haven’t mentioned other areas like Parklands, Ngara , Upper Hill , Kilimani and beyond that are experiencing a construction boom that seem non stop … soon tutafunga huu uzi coz the battle wont make any sense. 😄

Bagamoyo is not just a port, its SEZ.

TZ got Dar Port, Mtwara Port and Tanga Port.
LAPSSET includes an SEZ and a transport corridor connecting two countries. Implementation is in progress. Bagamoyo bado ni ndoto tu.

Unaangalia sana movies bwana Mwaisa Sadima.? 🤣🤣🤣

Nashangaa huyo fala anasema nini, yet Kenyans don't import Chinese buses in masses.
Kuna tajiri wa kununua hizo buses huko kenya…? 🤣🤣🤣 hata mnazounda body si nyinyi mnaezinunua, it’s either Tanzanian bosses or Ugandans.. nyie wanuka mavi kazi yenu ni kushangalia tu.

Iko hivi, with no world order Kenya ni Burundi iliyochangamka. Wawekezaje walilazimishwa kuwekeza in a wrong place. 🤣🤣🤣

Ukona uchungu mwingi sana we mbilikimo. 🤣 🤣 🤣 Scania, Mercedes, UD, Man na Isuzu ndio most popular bus brands in Kenya na zote zinatengenezwa locally. Huko bongoslum mchina ameshindwa hata kuwafungulia garage ya kufix migurudumu because you lack skills. 🤣 🤣 🤣

Mudavadi rules out retaliation over Tanzania’s foreign business ban

Prime Cabinet Secretary and CS for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs Musalia Mudavadi has ruled out any intent of retaliatory measures against Tanzania following its move to bar foreigners from engaging in small-scale businesses.

Appearing before the National Assembly’s Committee on Regional Integration, Mudavadi moved to dispel growing concerns about Kenya’s foreign relations.

Mudavadi responded to Tanzania’s recent decision to ban foreigners from operating small-scale businesses in 14 key sectors. The order issued on July 28 affects activities such as retail trade, mobile money transfers, tour guiding, and parcel delivery.

Mudavadi termed the new restrictions as offending Tanzania’s commitments on liberalisation of trade in services under the EAC Common Market Protocol, adding that they are issues that must resolved.

“There are issues that we must resolve I am writing to the minister for foreign affairs to tell him that there are concerns that are being raised about trade and policies that are contrary to the treaty of the East African Community.”

Mudavadi also recognised that some Kenyans risk losing up to Sh19 million if the restrictions remain in force
