I am not here to defend Bill Gates , but I think that’s taken out of context. Health and productive societies produce less ( ask Japan, Germany , Italy , Spain, Greece , Portugal or even USA)… developed economies experience negative population growth as deaths outnumber births whereas poor countries have high birth rates . I stand to be corrected..
