Each floor has 12 units.
Each building has 13 floors.
Each building has 156 units
Meaning the place in the photo alone has 6552 units and that's not even the whole project.

Ila wewe ka kujiliwaza umetengwa 🤣🤣🤣🤣 hadi namba umezirusha rusha 🙌🏾🙌🏾 zingine umeandika kwenye hakuna chochote.. Sasa unanidanganya ili iwe nini.?
Mbilikimo Mkora, there was a time you shared a photo of yourself on your house here and it was a single room not even a bedsitter. Point to note, these are not dream houses for people. These are affordable housing designed for the lowest financial class currently residing in slums. Anyway, if anything I saw in Dar is to go by, these houses are still better than 80% of anything Dar offers.
Kwamba nimepost nyumba yangu humu.? Na kwamba ni chumba kimoja.? 🤣🤣🤣
Wapi penye nimedanganya? Number gani nimeandika penye hakuna chochote? Wewe ulishasema ziko 15 blocks so just keep quiet.
Most people in Dar live in single rooms na vyoo vya nje. Not 3 bedroom houses.
I was there. The stadium is decent but you'll be mad to compare it with Talanta.
🤣🤣🤣 aaah wew uwepo hapo usipost picha?, acha uongo mpumbavu wewe. Ulifka moshi tu ukapiga picha kuanzia mpakani.
Pygmy bado atapinga.
