You want to take Uganda out with what? Ship waiting time in Dar is 12 days against Kenya 2-3 days, Mombasa is closer to Uganda than Dar to Uganda. Fimally Uganda only accounts for 7M tonnes of cargo passing through Mombasa port against a total of close to 40M tonnes. So hata tuseme mmechukua Uganda which will not happen, bado Dar is slum port haiwezifikia Mombasa.

Dar Port is undergoing super renovation, technology and efficiency.

We have the largest Ship in Lake Victoria, MV Mwanza.

We have a complete Magufuli bridge.

We have Fela, Mwanza dryport.

All our SGR LOTs are in construction. No one wants to borrow you, for the Mombasa-Malaba Diesel SGR

Its just a matter of time.

Who told you Mombasa port is not being expanded?
The longest ship in lake Victoria is Kabaka Mutesa II from Uganda then followed by MV Uhuru II and MV Uhuru I closes the list of top 3.
None of your SGR slots gets into Uganda, our SGR will terminate at Ugandan border then Uganda picks it from there.

So technically hamuwezi Chukua mizigo ya Uganda from Mombasa.
