In the same way, Dar, specifically Kariakoo+ parts of Upanga has a similar density of structures. Obviously not as tall, but that aspect density is reminiscent of New York. In that sense, you can call Dar the New York of Africa. It makes sense when you look at it from that angle. You can call Dar the New York of East Africa just based on its massive population, its the biggest city in East Africa.
But this is a debate, so you can refute that statement by highlighting all the ways New York is different from Dar and it will be true too. Thats the fun in the debate.
