Bro, electricity is not just about generation, in fact transmission is more important than generation because a deficit in generation can be easily offset by purchasing from outside. Transmission however is a different thing. Your transmission infrastructure in poor - mwaning even if you generate more than Kenya, you'll still have more electricity issues than Kenya.
