These are some of the buildings under construction in Nairobi (at least the ones I can remember), all in different stages of construction alafu unakuja hapa kujifariji na kujitekenya eti tangu 2017:

2. Royal Vistaa Resisence - 30 floors x2 (proposed)
3. Emerald Springs - 30 floors x 2 (U/C)
4. Habitat- 23 floors (U/C)
5. Skyline Towers - 30 floors (proposed)
6. Montbleu - 30 floors (site prep)
7. Grosvenor Residences - 31 floors x2 (site prep)
8. Gemini Residences - 28 floors (site prep)
9. Altura Towers -33 floors x2 (toped out
10. Le Mirage - 30 floors (U/C)
11. Capella Residences - 27 floors (site prep)
12. Oak West Residence - 27 floors x2 (U/C)
13. Marble West - 31 floors x2 (site prep)
14. 1870 West - 37 floors x2 (T/O)
15. Aya Residences - 28 floors (site prep)

Wewe hapo huwezj pata hata majumba matano under construction in Dar na unatupigia kelele when we post Nairobi buildings. Nairobi mtaisahau in the next three years when these and many other builings not in this list are completed
