We have a bunch of them. Even JKUAT UNIVERSITY, ranked 6th in Kenya has made laptops. You have nothing to offer beyond those buildings and no wonder you are ranked very poorly.
Universities are meant for innovations.

Let me school you, in Kenya we have what we call Nairobi Innovation Week, every year where thousands of innovators countrywide converge at a venue, mostly University of Nairobi yo showcase their creations and are exposed to international creators too who are invited for the event and soon you will see big names like IBM, APPLE, ORACLE attending or being part of the event coz already it has big people coming in, which is one of the reasons why kenya is and will continue to be a hub for information, technology and knowledge
