Then I think you are too patriotic to see facts, or you live under a rock if you really can't see any variance in devt between Nai & Dar

It is in fact too early for Dar to compete with Nairobi. Until Dar gets to front clearly defined, well built business districts, zoning of industrial, commercial and residential areas, Large motorways to ferry people to these zoned areas, it will always be leagues behind.

Fantastic...i think this is what tanzanians do not understand...In Nairobi, residential estates are out of the city centre....In Dar, residential areas are right next to the city centre...infact, they are part of th city centre...thats why you see that density...shida ni kuwa, what will they do if they want to expand office buildings yet they dont have space? I am telling you dar is a confused city...you cannot put residentials, open air markets and CBDs at the same place unless you are mad... jamaa wamejenga ma apartmnts za 1 bedroom na bedsitter right next to the CBD...very poor planning...

Embu onesha hayo makazi ya watu city centre.

Ukiambiwa dar ni kubwa uelewe,mfanyakazi yeyote tofauti na mhindi mwenye biashara kariakoo,anasafiri si chini ya km 20 kuja mjini kila siku.

Huko pembeni ndiko watu wanaishi makwao sio wamepangishwa ktk nyumba za kufanana kama mifugo.

Sasa mmejaza apartment hapo karibu kwa city ili ikuwe pana kidogo,na kudhani ni akili ya kila mtu.

When Nairobi gets a proper public Transport and Mombasa gets a decent ferry , We can start comparing. For now let us brag with the City that is ahead of everything basic and decent to its Residents
