Fantastic...i think this is what tanzanians do not understand...In Nairobi, residential estates are out of the city centre....In Dar, residential areas are right next to the city centre...infact, they are part of th city centre...thats why you see that density...shida ni kuwa, what will they do if they want to expand office buildings yet they dont have space? I am telling you dar is a confused city...you cannot put residentials, open air markets and CBDs at the same place unless you are mad... jamaa wamejenga ma apartmnts za 1 bedroom na bedsitter right next to the CBD...very poor planning...

Nairobi estates are away from the city centre giving space for work and offices only...this is what planned cities do...confused cities like Dar have open air markets, soko za samaki, port, office buildings, vibanda na duka kama za Eastleigh pamoja na manyumba za mahustler zote hapo kwa city center...they are all at the same place...😀😀 Imagine if we had plots like the ones in Githurai right next to KICC and Times Towers...that is Darislum for you...
