There is a big difference between Kenya and Tanzania. Tanzania builds a city and installs several government buildings with no economic impact. Like Dodoma. Kenya on the other hand builds cities with economics touch. Cities that employ people and sustain themselves while growing economic. Eg Tatu City, Konza City, Tilisi, etc.
