They look unorganized (Considering their large number it not wise to be unorganized)

Do you have "LATRA" I means authority that govern them. Noticing explanations on Fare change its not healthy.

And these people who don't follow law (can't they be curbed) and they look they are too many means lawless population must be shocking.

These points makes transportation system fall short.

People are moving away from them. Most travellers use office buses and those in a hurry prefer to use Hiace (Choppers) than those Country bus vehicles.

Though there are still people who are diehard supporters of those buses.
