Pumbavu, I have been to Ben Mkapa stadium couple times watching big continental football matches, na hata ukikaa kule juu kabisa jukwaa la mzunguko unaona mpira clear kabisa, by the way How did you even know that when there is no football in your country? So many massive stadiums in the world are built multipurpose. Especially when they are public funded. Kama mnataka viwanja vya mpira pekee then support your football clubs to build. Huwezi spend over $100m kujenga kiwanja cha mchezo mmoja.
