Someone else could have asked, "Why isn't Mount Vernon listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites list?" The same way you are asking about Saint Basil's Cathedral.

If tall buildings and blue glass is the criteria you guys use for determining the beauty of a city, I think think y'all need mental checkup cause that clearly is mental illness. Cities like New York, Jakarta, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur et al. do not have any UNESCO World Heritage Sites within their municipal boundaries despite having lots of skyscrapers with blue glass. So UNESCO are mad people for listing the Taj Mahal, India; a building with no blue glass on its exterior facade; as a building with great architectural significance to humanity, and not HSBC tower headquarters in Hong Kong?

This building is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its Architectural significance and the influence it has in the Architectural world. If blue glass was the criteria for listing beautiful buildings, why are those buildings you posted not listed by UNESCO as having great architectural significance?

UNESCO must be fools for not listing any blue glass facade building as a World Heritage site.

Serengeti is in the UNESCO list yet Masai Mara is not. I might as well ask why Masai Mara wasn't listed. And it still narrows down to specific criteria set by UNESCO that have to be met.

Unaeza hata ukaona dunia nzima inashindana kutengeneza magorofa marefu ya vioo. Hata UK na wenyewe wanatengeneza, tena blue buildings zimepewa hadhi ya kujengwa kwenye CBDs, ukiona popote pale kuna concentration ya Blue buildings ujue hiyo ni CBD, hii ni UK for example 👇
