Lying myself about what?
So you want to tell me in every rankings it proves the status of the ranks???
Rankings now adays are more likely to go different with actual ground.
For example millitary rankings proves that,USA which is the best ranked can't even with stand millitary capability of a poor Houthi Yemen army.
And when it comes to Muhimbili it has been training alot of med students in this region and is continuing to have a vast number of foreign students MORE THAN YOUR UNIVERSITIES.
Especially in facalty of CARDIOLOGY AND ORTHOPAEDIC.
