This University of Iowa in Iowa city… I have passed through there in the past… this a temporary arena usually constructed for special basketball events that require more seats than the usual arena can handle… the NCAA Final 4 basketball tournament is usually held in similar atmosphere, inside a regular stadium since over 60,000 spectators show up….. The Iowa University normal basketball and indoor arena is the Carver Hawkeye arena…
