Look at the pavement, look at the beautification of the road, traffic lights are everywhere, street lights are everywhere.

This is the real horizontal infrastructure I was talking about.

Slums ni maeneo ambayo kuna wakazi wengi ambao wanaishi makazi duni yaliyorundikana sehemu ndogo tena yaliyojengwa kwa mtindo duni mathalan makazi ya mbao chakavu au mabati chakavu.

Unplanned settlement ni maeneo yaliyojengwa makazi pasi na mipango miji wala mpangilio maalum wa makazi.

Nadhani umeona utofauti.
