Quilamba is a ghost town as we speak now. Built in 2012, the buildings are largely unoccupied todate. Yani only 220 houses have been sold out of 2,800 that were initially released. That is less than 10%. Going by these figures, we can comfortably say than it has less than 20,000 residents, a far cry from 200k it was meant to house. Compare that with Nyayo estate that has 30,000 residents as we speak. So kwa akili yako ni gani kubwa?
