The reason why we didn't do the electrification was because we wanted to focus on people first then railway later. That's why in Kenya there are 8.9M customers connected to electricity while Tz only 3M customers are connected to electricity.

Then Kenya Power will rake in alot of money when bills starts to be payed in US dollars. This is really a pro mwananchi decision.
