Are there safety standards in these tz schools really.....a student or pupil can really fall off these rails easily or when an emergency breaks out ...smh

Talking about standards; that is not comparable to whole building faling down as in your case.

Sijasema Egypt hawana masikini. Even America has poor people but that poor person in America akiletwa Kenya ama Tanzania is considered a well off person. The point is, relative poverty varies from one country to another depending on the economic conditions of that specific country. Tanzania has set low relative poverty level while Egypt, Argentina and South Africa has high relative poverty line ya juu. That explains why it appears to have many poor people compared to Tanzania.

But when we use absolute poverty which is the international poverty line of $1.9 dollars per day that cuts all countries, that map will have a totally different look.

Do some research on absolute poverty and relative poverty. Utaelewa ni kwa nini hiyo map inaonyesha hata Argentina ina masikini wengi kuzidi Tanzania. Msiwe watu ambao hawakosolewi na ni wagumu kuelewa simple concepts

Swali langu ni kwamba who is a differential benchmarking setter? Na walianza lini kutumia? Maana kabla WBG walikuwa waki set benchmark moja kwa hizi devoping countries.
