i can't advice you to invest in arusha, land there is very expensive due to high rate of tourism/diplomatic activities...mind you,arusha region is one of the tourist hub of tanzania.

i may advice you to direct your plans in the southern part of tanzania.... land is a bit cheaper...vast area of land has not been invested/developed.

even the magufuli policy of industrialization (tanzania ya viwanda),is at large
expected to be implemented in the southern area of the country due to the availability of land.

NOTE:
remember the country is now headed by a "no nonsense president", dr. john magufuli,things are taken very seriously.
that means the authority will consider you as an investor,so make sure you pass through all important process that will allow you to have necessary documents required to invest in our country.otherwise you won't succeed.

Arusha is congested and very expensive, you can get the same climate at Mbeya, where is becoming hot point for a hotculture and agriculture after completion of International airport, time is now, many Kenyans are there already, forget about Arusha for moment, Tanzania is very large country
