If I was a betting man, nasema tofauti itakuwa tu leg room, viti vichache na maybe better meal options 😂 😂
The exterior design is going to be identical for all wagons, economy or business.

Also, this is the same configuration as Kenya's SGR. Rangi ya viti tu ndio tofauti.
Na vile tunajua Afrika imejaa vumbi, you'll soon be regretting those white chairs. Alafu the seat covers don't even seem removable or washable.

Whenever I'm angry at the incompetence in Kenya, I look at Tanzania and realize it can be worse.

Google earth of Dar is slum is basically an unplanned jigsaw puzzle stretching farther than the eye can see. There is no plan, houses built anywhere and everywhere with no coherent pattern. Little if any allocation for roads.
Other than the main highways, you'll struggle to find a straight road, tarmacked or otherwise in Dar.

Compare that to this google earth view of Githurai, one of Nairobi's most poorly planned estate.
Even here in one of the most undesirable suburbs in Nairobi, the planning is obvious. Grid design, uniform road reserves, just a few roads remain untarmacked etc.

Once the government catches up on vertical infrastructure, it will be heaven.
In Dar they might have to demolish 90% of the city and start afresh with a plan.

By 2030 there's be at least 1 of these in all 47 counties.

Construction cost: $70 million USD.
Kakamega is the 10th richest county in Kenya
