They already did it, tokea 2020 Dar is nothing.., siku hizi hawapendi Knight Frank, eti ina waonea., Nairobi rocks in their reports even ya 2022 we rule!.., Dar ilihara kitambo., slow progress, nchi hafifu.,

infact i still remember around 2014-17, dar was realy coming up faaast! we witnessed it's skyline transform live, think it was coming up at a higher rate than nbi then...
but sijui nn mbaya skuizi.. ever since the few years of fast growth.. it stagnated again allover sudden. we nolonger hear much of whts going on within dar cbd, like u used to hear then!🤔

Ni zile gorofa "tatu" ziliwashangaza wakapiga nazo kelele na BRT, creating a false perception of development through social media noises, but nothing substantial ever happened in Dar, ni mbwe mbwe za Magufuli zilawafunga macho zikawatia kiburi ilhali bado wako down.., can't u see how poor looking houses are sprawling across the city, yaani over 80% ya Dar ni those funny swahili houses za kishamba, what do u expect? industrialization and technological advancement will save Africa, Kenya is laying down proper foundation for such...,

Hizo ndege ni brand new, Tz ndiyo ilikuwa nchi ya kwanza Afrika kuanza kutumia hizo ndege, that means hzo ndege bado zipo kwenye majaribio kama zinazingua zinarudishwa kiwandani kwa gharama za air bus wenyewe, shida iko wapi apo. Punguza wivu wa kike.

Hizo ndege ni second hand. Tanzania is used to buying refurbished items.

The previous government prioritised industrial development and infrastructure development hence the shift from real estate.

The construction boom is happening again under Samia housing plan. All NHC properties downtown DSM are up for grab in the name of redevelopment.
