The TARDA Plot measures 0.672 Ha (1.7 acres) and is located off Mara Road in the Upper Hill Area next to Kaparo Place. The plot number is 209/10593. The land tenure is for a leasehold term of 99 years from 1986.

The Plot is bordered on three sides by developed properties, while the fourth border facing the road is fenced in chain link on concrete poles with a steel gate. The proposed project site is located to the western side of the Nairobi CBD in the upper hill area. It is located off Mara Road approximately five minutes drive from the city center. Access to the plot from Mara road is through a paved side-road in front of the Commercial Bank of Africa.

5.1.2 Purpose
The project will involve construction of a high-rise office building of about 50,800m2 comprising
of thirty five (35) floors or thereabout. The complex will house TARDA’s Regional Centre that is
currently housed on expensive rented premises at the City Centre."

i only know South African content when i see it bro.usijaribu kuniambia hizo video zinafanywa na watanzania huko S.A.
I only know HANSCANIA but how many videographers sound engineers and the rest do you need...when will you ever grow if you don't tap to what you have. so I know the video quality of some kenyan musicians ain't all that hype n stuff but it's good coz it's local.
besides...the major challenge about film in kenya is equipment. most producers have not made an effort to purchase high quality filming cameras unlike in SA.
