No. These cars in your picture are new vehicles assembled in Kenya. What I saw on chongchung 's picture is a rotten chassis and used car tyres. So apart from importing brand new vehicles from Kenya, they also convert used vehicles into second hand tourist cars. I think they convert both brand new and used old cars into tourist cars. There is no way that this one here is a chassis of a new car, this is a rotten thing that is dangerous for passengers.

Yaani Geza Ulole akisikia kwamba Kenya ili-assemble 10,000 vehicles anahisi wivu hadi anasema ati niko na funza kwa kichwa. This year tutabreak hio record ya 10,000 vehicles juu last year business a bit slow because of covid. 3,700 vehicles is a good start.
