These are just scapegoats. If it's true that ATCL started over as a new entity as you claim, then it didn't have to carry the burdens of its "predecessor" ATC. How do you carry a burden that's not rightfully yours? Ndio maana nikasema hapo juu kwamba what happened was just a name change. ATC just changed its name to ATCL and this is a normal thing in the corporate world.
