There is not any country in the world that has different budgets, Nigerian, Kenya and USA all use the same system of governance, Federal budget is the combined budget of the country, counties/states budgets do get money from federal budget for many developments projects, the same like you do in Kenya, there is nor any difference at all, stop your silly excuses

Give me any link stating that Tanzania feeds Kenya. Do the same and give me any link stating that 54% of our projects have been abandoned. Lastly, where did you get the figure that only 26% of Tanzanians live below poverty line while in Kenya it is 43%?

1) Tanzania irrigation projects cover over 80K hectares of land, Kenya cover just over 20K hectares of land
2) Our budget is funding the biggest hydroelectrity dam in EAC, worth $3B, Kenya there is nor single project that exceeds $800M which is funded by GoK out of its pocket.
3) Our budget has funded the first part of SGR from Dar to Morogoro $1.9B
4)Our budget has paid for ATCL 12 brand new planes

But if wholesalers are hoarding petroleum products retailers can buy from government reserves this will defeat cartels. Countries worldwide with big GDPs have their own reserves such as USA government, UK, Germany etc If GOK does not keep reserves then you are in a very sorry state.

Who told you Kenya doesn't have reserves? We have more fuel reserves than your country. Again, traders are the ones doing hoarding, be it wholesalers or retailers. Even in Tanzania sometimes back something like that happened with sugar.
