This isn’t something I’m not aware of. And I haven’t discussed the value of FDI inflows for the respective countries for a reason. I need to know how Kenya has established itself as a hub for international businesses in this region and entire continent. What’s their competitive edge? And how do we measure up to them?

What do you mean by "Hub for international business?". If you talk about international companies having their offices in Kenya, then the answer is clear, "Because Kenya is a capitalist economy", these western/capitalist companies need free and weak polices, where they can buy and own whatever they want without any Government awareness or interuption, they need a country which private sector is powerful and stronger than Government, that they can be allowed to work in the country but their bank accounts are in abroad, these are countries that have surrendered their economies to the so called "private sector" unregulated. In Africa, Kenya is the only country which it's economy is under control of private sector.
