take the case of The Nairobi Hospital or The Karen Hospital for instance, they are all private owned, but are among the most sort after hospitals in the continent of africa. kizza besigye, tundu lissu, john magufuli, burundi first lady, all opted to be treated at The Nairobi Hospital!
nb: kenya is not a socialist country like tanzania where anything and everything, every big facility, every big retail store or hospital is government owned!
