The KeNHA website you shared is of the initial design of the road which the elevated section was to end in Westlands making it 8.9km. The final design however, the elevated section ended at the James Gichuru/Waiyaki Way junction in Muthangari/Kyuna/Spring Valley making the elevated section 11.2km. The website is however yet to be updated.
