The day you mature up and improve on your self esteem, you will stop viewing other people talk about things they have as madharau. People post projects online all the time. It's only immature people with low self esteem who flood the comments of similar projects in their countries on it. You could as well call him out on his madharau if mere posting of a proposed project offended you.
