Huu ni upuuzi sasa. Si ilikuwa $1 billion. Sasa imehamia hadi $2.5 billion. Hii ni white elephant na haitajengwa.

Dar-Mombasa pipeline will be about 600 km with half of that $2.5 bln be chested by each country through private financing. I believe from Tanga Uganda branch will be under consideration.

The price can be known whether reasonable or not only when detailed design is completed. Mind u Mtwara-Dar gas pipeline (533 km) was built at a cost of $1.25 bln in 2013!
