The plan is different for us we chose a super bridge that is to be connected to both Kigamboni via a tunnel or another bridge and also old section of Dar btn Posta and Dar SGR station! Kigamboni will have that promenade as already planned! Also, you cannot compare roads between different cities! There’s a difference in geography in case you didn’t take that fact into account.
But, since you are obsessing over “beach roads” there’s a four lane road currently under construction along the Indian Ocean to connect it to Coco beach via the new Selander Bridge.
