I guess that's what keep Kenyans on their feet boss, we can buy land anywhere kama unafika bei, wakenya wananunua land as far Tanzania, that's our culture, unanunua unajiwekea after it appreciates you sell, land utapata with Kes.100,000, we have a lot of land that we can buy am sure ukipita pande za kajiado, isinya, kitengela na athi river you can notice a lot of estates coming up, some are privately built others ni you form a sacco and contribute towards buying and building as a group which makes it cheaper, its cheaper building many units as opposed to building one and that's what is going on around there, wamasaai kwanza kajiado wakona shamba ma mia za acres na wanauza kwa bei kidogo, ukiwa nia million moja you buy a few acres and hold on to it, when the place gets developed in terms or basic amenities like roads, sewerage and electricity you sell by then the land would have appreciated even to 1000% of what you bought it to, so land in Kenya is expensive but a worthy investment in future.

lakini tanzania anyone in any level can buy a land and build a house of his dream, so long as cement and hardware materials are very very cheap
e.g a 50 kg in tz tunanunua 350 ksh inclusive vat of 18%
a 50 kg in kenya inauzwa 770 ksh..............umeona tofaut ilivo kubwa sana

sand in tanzania is almost free
aggregates as well while in kenya ni expensive sana tena sana

hatuwezi kua sawa😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

Lets reason with facts, all those people in Tanzania that have cars did they buy them cash ama asset financing inawasaidia, this is also applicable in Kenya, kuna methods za kuafford land, you can take a loan/Asset financing, even most people that build expensive homes get mortgages and pay after a period of time, this is also true in Tanzania where the money you commit on rent can be committed to paying a mortgage over a spread out period of time and the land and house built is used as security, the same in the states it actually one of the things affected recession, don't think you have banks to store your money only boss, id even prefer the system we have in Kenya rather the one in Tanzania as it makes people come out of their comfort zones and work towards having land, the kikuyu community believes very much in owning land so as much as land in Nairobi is expensive we have those that had been bought by our grandparents and are passed down through generations, same applies in other parts of the country, hii reasoning ya wakenya hawana mashamba hapo umedanganywa ile shamba wanazo in up country and those that can afford Nairobi also have, its every Kenyan effort to buy land, that has been imprinted in our culture, we'd rather buy land first then a car later than vice versa, if not we can inherit from our parents.

You did not read what i posted earlier so let me re-do it.
I would like to introduce something that Kenya is well known for worldwide and has a high rank globally.
INNOVATION. Kenya iko na ujuzi mwingi.Kenyans are innovativein all fields for example in the IT sector the idea of mobile money transfer was conceived in kenya (M-PESA)
going to the medical field, kenyan doctors recently rolled out the HIV&AIDS generic drug DTG which was even first approved by the USA in 2013
EVERY YEAR kenya has a list of innovations to present at the global innovation competitions like in 2016 kenya micro clinic technologies bringing home the award and just 3 days ago kenya ranked 3rd in africa after SA and Mauritius
we have something to present to the world.

I AM TALKING MATTERS INNOVATION/INVENTION.

kuna place flani Kajiado nanyemelea. ...hehe
Boss that's the way to go that place is growing at an alarming rate, kuna 4 universities coming up RAF University, UMMA university, KAG University, The Eastern Africa university, naona watu wa Arusha city will benefit greatly because a market is slowly coming to their backyard

u know y many common people in tanzania afford to buy land, bcz its very cheap and on top of that even the hardware materials are cheap....ndio maana unaona watanzania wengi wanajenga nyumba za dream zao, wachache sana ndio wanaonunua nyumba, na sometimes akinunua anavunja anajenga anayotaka yeye, so issue ya land na house kwa tanzania ni very cheap
so ikiwa hardware materials in kenya ni very expensive , how about land and house???? akili ndogo tu
so common people in kenya hawana uwezo wakununua ardhi nairobi au kujenga vile vile.
watakaoweza ni poloticians and businessmen wakisawasawa....mambo yako very clear😀😀😀😀😀

Inadepend unanua wapi, kuna Karen bei ni Usd.300,000 na more, kwingine you can get with Usd.10,000, kwingine Usd.1, 000 pekee, it depends na your pocket plus approximity to town and the standards and class of the area.

where is the house of ur dream?????
maana hizo ni houses for rents zinajengwa ndani ya estate...ndio maana zinafanana
Do you understand anything at all about real estate?

Well if that makes you get some sleep ni sawa pia, I can see the only people you think of are politicians and businessmen but do you think employed people earn peanuts, have you thought about people working for Banks, Ngo's, Civil servants, Farmers, Lawyers, Pilots, IT developers, CEO's, MD's?

yah kudepend .....lazima.....maana kila eneo kuna thamani yake kulingana na mazingira ....hata dar nayo iko ivyo

kwan hao wenzetu wapo positive, when and where???????
au huoni oppositions zao

kila mtu yuko hapa kutoa opinions zake kwa kadri anavojua so tusiingiliane sana kwenye maoni better you shut up au piga kimya

mkenya gani aliesifu kuhusu tanzania au chochote...dont pretend here ukiona post zangu pita kimya
