Walipokelewa wakalazwa hoteli moja mitaa ya Sea view.. 🙂 next day the entire office tukaahirisha maswala yetu tuna ugeni.. walipofika ofisini.. wakakaa wanabung'aa... The entire side glass wall of the board room was facing the Indian ocean a view you can't forget... Walikaa pale wadogo kamapiritoni...

One thing I`m sure of is that you are a fool, how do you expect Nairobi to have beaches and boats? So namba 1 and 2 nishatoa.
You have skipped number 3 so I`m going to number 5 is also a big NO, there is no hospital in Tanzania that can come close to KU hospital and KNH. KNH alone has 2,000 beds.
Number 6 is also a big NO, Britam tower was ranked the most beautiful tower in Africa by Emporis.
Number 7 is also a big NO, Nairobi has 18 buildings of 100m and above, I doubt if Dar can even get to 8.
Number 8, Nairobi has been having three-level interchange since 2010. So whatever you are doing now just know that Nairobi did them 10 yrs ago.
Number 9 is also a big NO, Nairobi has more infrastructure projects going on kuliko Dar. Ukipinga unaezaitisha game tuanze.
Number 10, is yes. Dar is large but underdeveloped.
Number 11 umedanganya unless the meaning of diversified economy imechange.
Number 12 maybe water but not electricity. Electricity mtangoja sana.
Number 13, Nairobi have more and better sports facilities than Dar.
