$3b Loan Covid money efficiently pocketed in Jubilee pockets , Doctors in Nairobi to protest for being unpaid for monthsThe difference between Kenya and Tanzania is the government and the people(human capital).
These Tanzanians have a proactive government that is efficient and less corrupt and that why most buildings are built by the government. On the other hand, Tanzania has a very week human capital and a weak private sector.
Meanwhile, Kenyan private sector is robust and active and almost all buildings are built by private institutions. Kenyans are being let down by their corrupt and inefficient government. The day we get a President like Kibaki only South Africa will dare compare themselves with us.
Oh please! Your understanding of English is definitely a subject under discussion here. This entire argument exists because you couldn’t understand a simple question. It was either you say Yes or No but all you did was say useless crap. And what do my friends have to do with any of this? As usual, when you have nothing to defend yourself with you resort to making assumptions about people you don’t even know. To top it all off, the question wasn’t meant for you. It was meant for the person who posted that picture. As far I’m concerned, I did not make any assumption. I OBSERVED what appeared to be a parking lot. I didn’t assume. Obviously your ass was itching to get attention from me. Well guess what bitch? You are not gonna get the satisfaction because no matter what I’ll say, you’ll never understand because of your foolish little Kunyan head. Also, don’t be ridiculous. A city square isn’t a necessity. For all I know, you’ve turned one into a damn parking lot 😂😂😂😂. If there are open spaces for public gatherings, that’s enough. Talk all the bullshit you want but that picture showed a parking lot. Not a city square. That is definitive. You started by making assumptions, so what's wrong if I do the same? (if at all I did make any assumptions). My understanding of English is not and should not be a subject of discussion here. At least I know I am better than 99% of your fellows here who struggle to communicate in the same here and elsewhere.
I already told you that the picture one of us posted showed a part of the city square in the background but largely focused on the parking lot nearby. Did that pass you? Only a road separates city square from the parking lot that you are so sweating about like your life desperately depends on it. And thanks for acknowledging that Dar doesn't have any city square. I think that should be reason enough to remind you to shut the hell up!
Talking of open spaces, Nairobi has dozens of them that I don't even need to list here. Some of them e.g Uhuru Park, are so big it can't fit in Dar! 😂
